The compact Tokyo Marui Detonics .45 Combat Master is a replica of a classic compact 1911 style .45 ACP semi-auto pistol, one of the smallest .45 calibre pistols in the world! This pistol features the latest seamless moulding and high quality construction that recent Tokyo Marui pistols have been praised for. Constructed from a new realistic heavy weight material that gives the appearance of metal, this pistol looks very impressive. The new blow back system using the D-Type piston cup which enhances recoil and blowback performance means that firing this compact pistol is a great experience.

The metal outer barrel, trigger, hammer and magazine feature a new hard chromium plating process which produces a realistic and durable finish. The realistic imitation wood grip panels finish off a very attractive pistol, which is easily one of the most realistic pistols Tokyo Marui have so far produced.

The controls are all very easy to use and are based on the tried and tested 1911 design, which have all been accurately recreated by Tokyo Marui. Due to the compact size of this pistol there is no grip safety just like the real Detonics Combat Master pistol, but the thumb safety is still present and can be used once the hammer has been cocked. This means that not only is this a very safe and easy to use pistol, but it can be safely carried in a "cocked and locked" state, with the hammer cocked, the trigger safety on, and a round chambered.

The Metal External Parts are as follows: Trigger, Slide Release, Thumb Safety, Hammer, Magazine Release Button, Recoil Rod, Outer Barrel and Grip Panel Screws. The included magazine holds 18 BB’s in a dual stack arrangement and is made almost entirely of metal, it also has an impressive chrome finish which gives it a very realistic look and finish. This magazine also replicates the size and shape of the standard 6 round single stack Detonics .45 ACP magazine, which adds to the overall realism.
