These Guarder G-C4 Polycarbonate Eye Protection Glasses are the latest product in very successful series of polycarbonate eye protection from Guarder, combining safety, style, comfort and value in one great package. These newly released 2007 version G-C4 glasses have many improvements over the older 2005 G-C3 variant, expanding their usefulness further than ever before, while remaining extremely stylish, even more stylish than the older glasses! Unlike the previous Guarder polycarbonate glasses these can be worn in two different ways, they can be used just like normal shooting glasses or if you prefer they can be easily converted to act more like goggles. To do this, simply remove the arms using the easy to use clips and attach the elasticated adjustable sports band in their place, then if you wish, for added comfort you can install the supplied padding frame which just clips into place.
The included crush resistant case has space inside for the glasses along with all its accessories and there are also compartments to safely store each pair of lenses when they are not installed. There is a robust plastic clip which can also be used to secure the case in any number of ways, so that it cannot be lost and on the underside there is Velcro strip which doubles as a belt loop so that the case can also be attached to a belt and any Velcro surfaces. Also supplied with the case is a soft pull string bag so that the glasses can be safely stored in or outside of the included case, without any risk of scratching and this also doubles nicely as a lint free lens polishing cloth.
The properties of the polycarbonate lenses allow for extreme ballistic protection, which far exceeds anything that would be required for Airsoft, so they are extremely safe. There are 4 pairs of lenses included, each different to suit any lighting conditions you may find yourself in and all 4 pairs have a special 100% Anti Fog and UV coating, allowing for clear and uninterrupted vision throughout usage. The included lenses are as follows:
Neutral Gray: Provides true colour definition. Ideal for everyday, all-purpose wear.
Blue: 9% Transmission. Neutral Transmission. Good for Extremely Bright Conditions.
Clear MLC: Clear lens with a special multi-layer coating. Enhances visual acuity during low-light conditions.
Cadmium Yellow: High contrast yellow lens. Ideal for very low light conditions.
