Each packet contains 5 pieces of Cinnamon flavoured gum, each containing 100mg of Caffeine which is delivered into the body up to five times faster than any liquid, food or pill, this is because the Caffeine is absorbed through the tissue in the mouth. Directions:
- Chew 1 Piece for 5 Minutes
- If Not Alert Chew a Second Piece
- Chew a Third Piece if Fatigue Returns
- Do Not Exceed 2 Pieces in 3 Hours or More Than 10 Pieces a Day
- Do Not Use as a Substitute for Sleep
- Limit the Use of Caffeine-Containing Medications, Foods and Beverages when using this Product
